Custom-made tarps and covers
We make shade tarps, truck tarps and covers to your measurements, sewn on our own floor in Phoenix. Tell us the finished size you need and we will quote it, usually within one business day.
What we make
Shade tarps, truck tarps, and covers and sewn pieces made to size.
We do not build structures. If you already have one, we can usually make a tarp to fit it. On truck tarps we make the tarp itself, not the roller or the hardware.
What we need from you
The finished size of the piece you want made. That is the measurement we build to, and getting it right is the part that matters most.
A photograph or a sketch helps, alongside the measurements rather than instead of them. If you have the old cover, bring it to the counter and we will work from it. We may not have the identical material, but we can usually replace what you already have.
How it works
Send us your measurements. We come back with a quote, usually within one business day.
You approve the quote and we take a 50% deposit. We will take that over the phone, the same as any quoted order.
We make it. Allow four to six weeks, depending on the piece and what else is on the floor.
When it is ready we call or email you. Collect it at the counter, have it delivered locally, or we ship it.
Finishing
There is no standard finish on custom work, because the right one depends on how the piece is fixed and what it has to take. Hems and grommets, dee-ring corners, cable sleeve with dee-ring corners, pipe sleeves. Tell us how you plan to fix it and we will tell you what suits.
Colors
Shade and vinyl colors are on the shade fabric and vinyl fabric pages. Pick from those, or ask us.
